1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. However, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where a refund is justified.

2. Refunds

We may consider a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive the digital product due to an issue on our end, we will investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund.
  • Download Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing you from downloading the product, please contact our support team. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund.
  • Defective Product: If the digital product is defective or does not perform as described, we may issue a refund after verifying the issue.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate purchase.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Provide the following information to help us process your request promptly:

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

4. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of 14 days , depending on your card issuer’s policies.
